Passive defense is an organization whose main task is to identify threats and weaknesses and strengths of the country. Among the threats we face is the economic threat, which all the pillars of the country are somehow dependent on. Throughout history, economic strikes have been an effective and efficient way to strike the enemy. This tactic has been used by the enemies of the Islamic Republic of Iran for years. Economic strikes have been part of the agenda and various economic sanctions have been imposed on our country. The government and the passive defense organization are both independently responsible for confronting these threats; although their cooperation is also on the agenda. In this article, this cooperation will be examined from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. The research model in this article is theoretical and uses jurisprudential and legal sources and is based on a case study method. The results of the research show that Islamic jurisprudence considers it the duty of the Islamic government to confront and fight foreign threats in the country's internal affairs and provides significant and fruitful methods in this regard.
