چکیده

پدیدۀ کودکان کار، یکی از آسیب­‌های اجتماعی است که بروز و گسترش آن معلولی از عوامل گوناگون و در هم پیچیدۀ اجتماعی و اقتصادی است و از طرفی خود، مولد آسیب‌­های اجتماعی دیگر نیز به شمار می­‌رود. هدف پژوهش، بررسی حقوق شهروندی کودکان کار در اسناد بین الملل و حقوق ایران می­باشد. این پژوهش، از نوع بنیادی و نظری است و شیوة تحلیل اطلاعات نیز توصیفی – تحلیلی مبتنی بر روش¬شناسی کیفی می¬باشد. روش جمع¬آوری داده¬ها اسنادی و کتابخانه¬ای است. یافته­‌ها نشان داد که حقوق شهروندی کودکان کار در اسناد بین‌المللی و حقوق ایران تحت تأثیر مجموعه‌­ای از قوانین و کنوانسیون‌­ها قرار دارد که هدف آن‌ها حمایت از حقوق کودکان و جلوگیری از استثمار آن‌هاست. با وجود وجود چارچوب­‌های قانونی جامع، چالش­‌های جدی در زمینه اجرای مؤثر این حقوق وجود دارد، به‌ویژه در کشور­هایی که فقر و نابرابری اجتماعی به شدت رواج دارد. در ایران، هرچند قوانین ملی به حمایت از حقوق کودکان کار پرداخته‌اند، اما نیاز به تقویت نظارت، افزایش آگاهی عمومی و همکاری بین‌المللی برای بهبود وضعیت این کودکان احساس می­‌شود. بنابراین، برای تحقق واقعی حقوق شهروندی کودکان کار، لازم است که دولت­‌ها، سازمان­‌های غیردولتی و جامعه مدنی به‌طور مشترک اقدام کنند و به ایجاد محیطی امن و حمایتی برای رشد و توسعه آن‌ها بپردازند. بر اساس یافته­های تحقیق پیشنهاد می­گردد که، ایران به همکاری­‌های بین‌المللی در زمینه حقوق کودکان توجه بیشتری داشته باشد. مشارکت در برنامه‌­ها و پروژه­‌های جهانی می­‌تواند به انتقال تجربیات و بهترین شیوه‌­ها کمک کند و به بهبود وضعیت کودکان کار در کشور کمک نماید.
