شناسایی مؤلفه‌های حقوقی در حمایت از ورزشکاران نوجوان در قراردادهای باشگاهی

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی مؤلفه‌های حقوقی حمایت از ورزشکاران نوجوان در قراردادهای باشگاهی با تأکید بر ابعاد قانونی، مالی، آموزشی و سازوکارهای حل اختلاف است. پژوهش حاضر کیفی و به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان حقوق ورزشی، مدیران باشگاه‌ها، مربیان و وکلای ورزشی فعال در حوزه قراردادهای ورزشکاران نوجوان در شهر تهران بود. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام گرفت و در مجموع ۱۸ نفر در مطالعه شرکت کردند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری و با نرم‌افزار NVivo نسخه ۱۴ کدگذاری و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که مؤلفه‌های حقوقی حمایت از ورزشکاران نوجوان در چهار حوزه اصلی شامل چارچوب‌های حقوقی و قانونی، حمایت‌های مالی و اقتصادی، حمایت‌های آموزشی و توسعه‌ای، و مکانیزم‌های حل اختلاف و ضمانت اجرا قرار می‌گیرد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که وجود مقررات ویژه برای ورزشکاران زیر سن قانونی، تضمین‌های مالی پایدار، آموزش حقوق ورزشی، حمایت روان‌شناختی، و استفاده از مراجع تخصصی حل اختلاف، نقش کلیدی در حفاظت از منافع آنان دارد. پژوهش حاضر چارچوبی جامع برای ارتقاء حمایت حقوقی از ورزشکاران نوجوان ارائه می‌دهد که می‌تواند مبنای اصلاح قوانین و بهبود رویه‌های قراردادی در سطح ملی و بین‌المللی قرار گیرد.
