چالش‌های دسترسی پناهندگان و پناهجویان به خدمات وکالت در نظام عدالت کیفری

اهمیت دسترسی به خدمات وکالت برای پناهندگان و پناهجویان در نظام عدالت کیفری غیرقابل انکار است. این مقاله با استفاده از روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و با مطالعه منابع کتابخانه‌ای به بررسی موانع و چالش‌های موجود در این حوزه می‌پردازد. هدف اصلی تحقیق شناسایی عواملی است که مانع از دسترسی مؤثر این گروه‌ها به خدمات حقوقی می‌شود. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که چالش‌های اساسی شامل گسست‌های قانونی، مشکلات زبانی، عدم آگاهی از حقوق و مسئولیت‌های حقوقی، و محدودیت‌های مالی هستند که باعث می‌شود پناهندگان و پناهجویان اغلب نتوانند به درستی از حقوق خود دفاع کنند. همچنین، فقدان اطلاعات کافی درباره فرآیندهای حقوقی و عدم حمایت‌های اجتماعی نیز بر این وضعیت تأثیرگذار است. افزایش حمایت‌های دولتی، آموزش وکلا و متخصصان در زمینه حقوق پناهندگان، و ارائه خدمات ترجمه می‌توانند به کاهش موانع زبانی و حقوقی کمک کنند و با تسهیل دسترسی به عدالت، حقوق بشر و تأمین امنیت قانونی این گروه‌های آسیب‌پذیر را تقویت نمایند.
